The quartz glass tubes and rods for semiconductor industry made by our company
are widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, atom industry and science research
departments, where high purity, high temperature, high chemical stability
are needed.

There are four products according to the production technology:  a. Vacuum pressure
tubes and rods;
                   b. Two steps electric-melting tubes and rods;
                   c. Two steps gas melting and electric-melting tubes and rods;
                   d. Oxyhydrogen melting tubes and rods;

According to outward appearance (Ministry standard JC/T597--1995) our products
are divided into : High class (class A), first class (class B) and qualified products (class C).
